Hansle Parchment got a horrible start and still managed to place third. Who knows just maybe if he has gotten a better start he might have been the world record holder or even have a better PB. He has great top end speed but it has not always been able to guarantee him a win.
Even yesterday he came from behind to win.

@@adibmc5173Actually, it is a mixture of diamond league highlights from different years. Merritt's world record was from the 2012 diamond league final and the 3000m steeplechase is more recent. None is from 2023

Bashim's jump in 2014 was more than 2.43 m. He could have broken the WR.
They should set up hurdle heights that would give as equal times as possible between the men and women so they can race together.
Not the same distance, 110m for men and 100 for women
stop tryna race men and women, it does no good for both genders.
