If you are reading this at night, you should get some sleep, and don't stress about everything going on in the world, or what you are going through. Don't dwell on things from the past, don't stress on your future. Just live your life, because you only get one. Do whatever makes you happy, not what other people want from you. For me, I'm gonna wake up tomorrow morning, hit the gym, and cherish life for the amazing blessing that it is. I hope you do the same and have an amazing day as well
This afternoon I visit my mum. She is very ill and today she was not able to open her eyes when I spoke to her. I played her "Namo Avalokiteshvara" from my Playlist and sang with the nuns and monks and Thay was also in this video. Compassion arises in me for my mum and also for me and I feel the love for her so deeply, it was so intense and beautiful and I started to cry. Now I am at home and listen to these new recorded one. I cannot see Thay, but I feel him when I look to the nuns and monks. It gives me relief and peace. Thank you all for this wonderful "Namo Avalokiteshvara" 🙏💙💫✨

I started listening to the chant and closed my eyes. At the beginning I felt sorrow and pain but, as it kept on I started to feel ease and I finished with trears and a big smile. I felt happy and calm.
Yes its the most wonderful religion thats about peace and love for all living beings including the poor defenceless animals. Buddhists do not go on a man hunt to convert people. They do not kill other humans of other religious beliefs in the name of God.. They do not slaughter animals as a sacrifice for personal gains. They live simply, worship peacefully and have a live and let live attitude. This is the perfect example of an uncorrupted religion that is peaceful, clean way of life.. Their chants bring one into harmony with nature and the divine force.

The first time I listened to this years ago, I sobbed. So much suffering could be felt, not just my own, but of all living beings. It was a life changing experience to really sit with that and to know Thay's community of love and compassion were with me. I felt truly connected.

Beautifully touching ,tearing with listening each time since 2013. There are light ,hope ,peace and love ....with us . My deep gratitude to our beloved teacher Thay ,and this family that millions loved .
I meditate at night while drinking tea. I usually listen to Thay’s “The Buddha Is The Sitting” guided meditation. Tonight I decided to listen to this instead. Just a couple of minutes into it, I started crying. I realized immediately that these were not tears of sorrow, but of joy. Despite the sadness of Thay’s passing, I feel joy in his life and in his transition.
I look at the hands of the conductor, they open and close like our hearts beats, and the camber open and close as he open and close his hands, can’t be more beautiful ❤I am deeply touched, I listen to the chanting all day long 🙏😇🌺
I play this when I am feeling stressed and overwhelmed with life. I have no idea what is being said but I know this is vibrating on a frequency of love and goodness ❤.
I never got the chance to meet Thay in person but I feel after 24 years of listening to him teach, watching videos of him giving dhamma talks, hearing his voice on meditations, and reading his words (and hearing his voice in my head), that he has been my teacher, his wisdom and compassion sustained and guided me through some very challenging times... and he still is my teacher. He is still with us and he is still teaching us right now.
I never knew of Thich before. Only now when he died. He has awakened a spiritual path in me when listening to this chant. He was like Buddha. A great teacher. I cried when I looked at his funeral every day. Your path Thich is blissful with lotus flowers. Canada.

I have been listening to this for several nights I heard the chant & Master Thay, way in centre space, although now I shall listen over again knowing he is watching & listening. I feel blessed to have found his words before he transcended the earthly body.
I keep playing this over and over again. Every time I am in a bad place, I play it, and it makes me cry, and I always think 'why does it make me cry'? and I can only come to the thought that, well , this is purest version of humankind I can see in my life at the moment. It is beautiful. Like a flower, or a sunset. Nothing needs to be photoshopped here. This is human pureness. I hope to explore about this more. I started listening to the chant and closed my eyes. At the beginning I felt sorrow and pain but, as it kept on I started to feel ease and I finished with trears and a big smile. I felt happy and calm.

Yes its the most wonderful religion thats about peace and love for all living beings including the poor defenceless animals.
Buddhists do not go on a man hunt to convert people.
They do not kill other humans of other religious beliefs in the name of God..
They do not slaughter animals as a sacrifice for personal gains.
They live simply, worship peacefully and have a live and let live attitude.
This is the perfect example of an uncorrupted religion that is peaceful, clean way of life..
Their chants bring one into harmony with nature and the divine force.

I am due to have surgery on my heart in a few weeks and have been very anxious about this. I will visit this video each morning now until my surgery.. Expression of love and compassion aren't just a religion thing, it's a human thing.
The first time I listened to this years ago, I sobbed. So much suffering could be felt, not just my own, but of all living beings. It was a life changing experience to really sit with that and to know Thay's community of love and compassion were with me. I felt truly connected.

I meditate at night while drinking tea. I usually listen to Thay’s “The Buddha Is The Sitting” guided meditation. Tonight I decided to listen to this instead. Just a couple of minutes into it, I started crying. I realized immediately that these were not tears of sorrow, but of joy. Despite the sadness of Thay’s passing, I feel joy in his life and in his transition.

I play this when I am feeling stressed and overwhelmed with life. I have no idea what is being said but I know this is vibrating on a frequency of love and goodness ❤.
I never got the chance to meet Thay in person but I feel after 24 years of listening to him teach, watching videos of him giving dhamma talks, hearing his voice on meditations, and reading his words (and hearing his voice in my head), that he has been my teacher, his wisdom and compassion sustained and guided me through some very challenging times... and he still is my teacher. He is still with us and he is still teaching us right now.
I never knew of Thich before. Only now when he died. He has awakened a spiritual path in me when listening to this chant. He was like Buddha. A great teacher. I cried when I looked at his funeral every day. Your path Thich is blissful with lotus flowers. Canada.
May you continue down this spiritual path with Buddha and Thay as your guides and teachers 🙏

Every time I am in a bad place, I play it, and it makes me cry, and I always think 'why does it make me cry'? and I can only come to the thought that, well , this is purest version of humankind I can see in my life at the moment.
