Can anyone give me a: "Feel for?";- what this Mantra Translate's to in English? I stumbled across it after listening to The Mani Mantra;-- (It was on Autoplay!);- I'd like to be more Fluent in Sanskrit! Still Beautiful;- but I'd really like to get an: "Essence!";- for it!
It's modern Chinese singing of ancient Chinese scripts that transliterated ancient Sanskrit. Since modern Chinese pronunciation evolved a lot from that of Middle Chinese so the singing may not be able to restore how the original mantra sounded in ancient Chinese Buddhism.
