Welcome for the 2nd concert of the serie Yannick and Friends!
This is time, it is my pleasure to present for you one of my favorite piece by Franz Schubert: his last sonata.
To embark on this very special journey, i was very lucky to be given the opportunity by the Bechstein Showroom in Berlin to record on one of their big Concert Grand. As a Bechstein owner myself, and a lifelong fan of their instruments, it is a true honor share this moment with you.
I performed the piece 10 years ago, then again 5 years ago, and this year it felt relevant to reconnect with what Schubert has to tell us about ourselves and our world!
