Loved operating these loaders mainly loading 785s and 789s. 777s used for relocating oar. Very comfortable! Was working in zinc lead mines in OZ. Best job I ever had. Good money and working conditions. Four on four off. Seven weeks annual leave.
Great video. They are always very impressive machines to watch and this guy is doing a fast load time. Does anyone know of a video where a 992 or any other large loader is loading large rocks. I saw it at a quarry show called Hillhead in the UK, but don't seem to be able to find any on You Tube.
Very nice blast, no oversize. Must be nice to load from a blast like that! This is a very early K model 992 as it has the dash cluster that was a carry over from the G series. Interesting that the operator does not have the trans selected to the auto 2nd gear default? Also interesting that he is not using the throttle lock? Operator has everything else right, saying that, it could be a company directive not to select those items. Good operation of the loader by the operator. Nice full buckets, no wheel spin, straight frame. Looks like a nice operation. Thanks for another great video!
@@ExeTick Yes I agree. It makes for a very long day for the drivers and really no need for it. Its a wonder the drivers havent mentioned it over "lunch"...
H4C prefix I would assume. Damn good reliable loaders. We had one here on a mine site and the customer had over 40,000 hours on the original transmission before they rebuilt the machine.
@@drew3406 That prefix was released as of Dec 2011. Our 2K is an 880 and our 2G is an 7HR prefix. They both have been great loaders. 2G 56000 hrs. 1 engine then later another during a major. 2G is still the smoothest loader I've ever run. Everthing is just seamless. The 2K is a step backwards from the G series, not nearly as smooth as the G. Everything on it is jerky compared to the 2G. Our 3K ? Absolute pig to run. Everything on it is jerky. Impeller clutch to brake, steering and direction changes are all brutal. Bottom soft stop squats the front tires when the bucket stops.....
Hi, this channel could make a draw and reward the winner to enter one of these machines and try it for a few minutes, it would be fantastic hahaha,I never worked with these machines but it would be epic if you win and try to use a machine like that

That's a gravy shot. Wish all mining was that easy to dig
Pure gravy not a single rock over 2' in there
This is somehow so therapeutic
Nice video brother 👍👍

Is it just me or do the cab and the arm what the front bucket is attached to is larger than the ones I see down here in Florida

only difference I would like to see here is how fast he is emptying the bucket. not nice to the truck driver who have to feel it every time.

@ExeTick that shot is perfect. I promise they don't feel the bucket slams. Especially after the 1st bucket. They barely notice
凄い〜ですね〜
Why there are chains on the loaders front wheels only?
