Your videos are helpful for a newbie, like me, trying to learn ToonSquid. If I may ask, when you said "exprort from Procreate" I assume you mean "Share Layers" as "PNG files" right? Then you "+" add all of them into ToonSquid's "Library" and then use them in the "Timeline" right? I did two videos on my channel for a super simple animation, but I had to duplicate my canvas in Procreate four times, so I could resize before adding to ToonSquid ... otherwise each one was too large using copy/paste. I liked/subbed and thanks again for your videos.

Hello! Yes! When I Say export from Procreate is that I created the assets using Procreate. I save the assets in my photos for easier access as a png to keep the transparency. Then I import them to ToonSquid but you can also draw them in ToonSquid and copy/paste them from one ToonSquid library project to a new library project. Once in the library you can use them in your timeline. I import them into different layers that way I can animate them individually. When you create a background in Procreate all you have to do is create a new project then hit the layer1 in the timeline then go to your library hit the plus button in the upper right corner click import from photos and your background that you saved from Procreate or other source will appear in your timeline as a new layer. This can apply to other assets created outside of ToonSquid as well. Just import them straight from your photos into your library. Once your background or assets are in your timeline you can modify the layer by dragging the corners without losing resolution. Once you have it the size you want it and the length of duration in your timeline I usually lock it to prevent it from changing size. But if you need to extend it some more just unlock it extend and lock it back up. The copy and paste is more so between ToonSquid projects, it facilitate the transfer of assets between projects especially symbols that carry an established animation within them. I hope this explanation it’s helpful, if you have any more questions just hit me up down in the comments. I’ll be posting tutorials and short animations weekly. Thank you for subscribing!😃
