So about a year or two ago Blizz/Activision bought out the company that made spellbreak. Basically putting an end to spellbreak which was a caster battle royale.
They put the team on for dragonflight from that studio and I guess this is what they came up with.
It very much feels like spellbreak.
But its very barebones atm, this game mode will get very old very quick.
Cool concept, but definitely needs more structure.

relax buddy, each game lasts roughly 3-15mins. LoL has the reputation it has bc of 50+ min games and feeders that grief the time. This has neither of those aspects.
