- In today’s acrylic field of flower forest painting lesson we paint a landscape warm field of lavender flowers framed by a spring forest. This relaxing painting tutorial is completed for the most part in real time and will cover the step by step process of how to paint trees, flowers, grass, light, the sun, leaves, foliage, shadows, depth and of course how to make it all look realistic. Acrylic Paints:
Ultramarine Blue, Naples Yellow, Burnt Sienna, Mars Black, Titanium White, Green Gold, Brilliant Purple
Brushes:
1” flat headed brush
1/3” round pointed brush (medium to soft)
A small round pointed brush or liner brush
Other Materials: 8X10 inch canvas, A small dish for water, Paper towel for excess paint

This was awesome! I love that you are showing acrylic painting because that is my favorite medium. Purple is my favorite color so I love that you are showing that hue of flowers. Bluebonnets are my favorite ( being from Texas) but I still am not happy with my end result when I try painting them so I would love to see your interpretation of them. I also love red camellias. Love deep reds and camellia is a departure from the typical rose. I like to go against what is simply popular.

Amazing, Thank You. My favorite flowers to paint are Lavender, Bearded Irises, Roses. I also love fields of daisies with wildflowers any color. But, i would paint any kind of flowering trees for sure.

Watched right to the end am going to try and paint it tomorrow, my favourite is beaded irises, have just moved to Romania and afraid none in this garden ( not much of a garden actually)
Did half of the painting yesterday, have a bit of trouble can't get the colour paint you use but OK. Not well today so watched the video again in bed very relaxing, will try and finish at the weekend ❤ thanks
