@@AussieVanManHope you dont mind, just alittle life experience here. I m 67 n have had knee problems n surgery so….
I suggest you consume as much garlic n onions as possible as well as ginger n honey to keep inflammation down. Increasing vitamins C, D, E, fish oil n magnesium will also help. I do things the herbal n nutritional way, lol. Thereis more you could do like eat as much oregano n thyme as you can with your pasta n ramen. ❤❤❤

Tim the toolman Taylor was right 'MORE POWER!". I HAVE 4 L16 AGM batteries for a total 760aH. I thought it was insane but it is great! Pushes 3000 watt Renogy inverter perfectly. Do you have a high output alternator? Good job Sir
I actually do have a high output alternator but haven’t hooked it up to a charger to the batteries yet but yes I’m very impressed so far with the extra power
Electrical is the one thing I didn’t want to skimp out on as far as wires and components go. I only have 230ah so far but having a bus bar was a must for me in my set up. I am super curious how well your AC runs and what the power draws are. I get so hot so easy and I am currently cooking in my van in 80+ degree weather.
I would like to know that as well. I rely on battery operated fans n cooling cloths😂
@@k8k9vanlifeplus This is the first time I bought a cooling towel and now I see why they are so popular. I definitely need to buy a few of them since they are cheap. I have a max air fan and I just bought a 200cfm 12v fan that is amazing. My econoline is a dark green and has all of the windows so it gets insanely hot.
@@jamesyahn I bet it does. Dog n I park in shade as much as possible with the wind coming through n sometimes just picnic on a blanket in the shade at a park.
I even use a larger cooling cloth draped over my produce for evaporated cooling. Not bad except on more humid days.
I do love live love my Ryobi fans though; the larger battery will go for 10 hrs on low for the larger fan. I’m not sure about the smaller clip on one since I just recently got it.

@@k8k9vanlifeplus I just noticed that you are from Ohio as well so you know the temperatures in Ohio are frustrating. 80s+ for 3 days and then cooling off for a while. I definitely plan to spend more time outside of the van this year or I may do like I did last year and head up to Michigan. In Michigan it was 10 degrees cooler than Ohio and I spent a lot of time right on the water. Hopefully after this summer I will be able to add a 12v air conditioner. I almost bought one of those Ryobi fans until I looked at the CFM they produce and realized you can get better for cheaper. If you rely on the battery, then that makes sense. Luckily I spent last summer with a power station and now I just built a full battery bank. Power station is a must for sure!
@@jamesyahn Excellent!! I d go up to Michigan if I was able. Right now, I gutting the van to scrub it down, do a few repairs while it empy before redoing the interior n reducing my storage unit to go down a size since it has gone up by 103% in two years. It will probably take all Summer just with doing the labor of it in the mornings when its cooler. Best of luck to you n enjoy yourself😎
