Wow. Great farm and channel! Very well thought out and edited :) Amazing what trees can do for humidity and bacteria control on any farm. Trees dont run on bacteria like humans do. They actively discourage them and promote fungi. Not just in soil but in the air itself. Why are there so few trees on this site? Worth thinking about planting some fast wood depending upon your intent to stay on this site or not. Well worth it if you can afford their soil, water and seasonal maintenance requirements. They will begin building the air, light, humidity and temperature balance immediately for you if you plant strategically. They'll do this for you based on the sun exposure as well resulting in better buffering of all of the key elements you require. As temps rise oxygen requirements obviously increase and can limit the growth and defences of fungi. Trees instantaneously ramp oxygen as temps increase. Same goes for balancing all other elements required for your production. They are a thermal sink that draws in just enough water from the atmosphere ...even in a desert. This might ease the requirements on the electronics and buffer any losses from trial and error. On your scale, this may well be considerable. I havent checked through your channel yet and apologies if you have already covered this and found it unfeasible. I just thought it pertinent to mention, especially as this is an outdoor buisness model. Great to see inside an outdoor farm. The products have their own flavours in comparison to indoor grown material for sure, even without trees.

Never had an issue. We have two 100 amps breaker boxes on the farm mounted outside

I'm growing white oysters at 12-16 C. They're getting bigger, but not very fast.
