Ingredients: (for 2 6-inch cake molds)
5 eggs
70g milk
76g vegetable oil
70g milk
100g cake flour
35g granulated sugar
Bake at 210/120°C for about 30 minutes or at 180/120°C for about 20 minutes (temperature is for reference)
Custard Filling (for a 6-inch silicone mold)
25g milk
45g heavy cream
1 egg
1 egg yolk
25g granulated sugar
Bake at 160°C for about 20-25 minutes (temperature is for reference)
Buttercream:
A: 25g white chocolate + 30g heavy cream (melted in a double boiler)
B: 200g heavy cream + 15g granulated sugar
After A is cooled, mix with B until whipped.
Add seedless green grapes as needed for decoration.
