I just keep my phone nearby, when I awake from a dream I hit the voice recorder and just talk about it. I get surprise that I manage to talk about it for several minutes, sometimes I even go back to sleep and continue the dream.
I also use my phone except I just go on the NOTES app and type it out and then later I write it into my actual dream journal and often times I remember more details later
I love having my dream journal , it shows me all of the adventures I go on in my dreams and they are awesome and also sometimes it gives me clues about my life in the real world I love it had my dream journal for almost 2 years
For those who don't remember their dreams: it's all about how much ATTENTION you put in your waking life. The less you wonder about not-present things, the more you'll remember what you dream. If you stay focused during the day, you'll be more likely to stay focused during the night, hence you'll remember more easily.
I been doing this for three days now and I usually have 3 to 4 dreams a night. However I only seem to remember the last one before waking up. Even so, after re-reading my dreams I was still able to find big meanings out of the ones I wrote down. Or atleast I can see why I have them
I’ve been dream journaling for like 4 years now and I already filled one journal. I also noticed that the more you think about your dreams, the better you can remember them or the more detailed they are. I don’t journal every dream and I don’t remember every dream, but when I think that the dream is complex and interesting, I always write it down. I love it how I can always see the ties between my dreams and my life!
@@CKSPACE Sure I will - Thanks. The problem is remembering exact details though. But I guess like most things in life it is a matter of discipline and self training.
Dream journalling definitely good for mental health. Has made me aware of some deep dark currents, fears etc that were swirling around beneath the surface of conscious awareness. Now, I can deal with them and heal.
I personally believe that dreams are ways that God and other beings outside of our known world can communicate with us and tell us about things. Being able to write these things down to remember and reflect upon them is a great tool. It’s allowed me to remember my recorded dreams vividly and learn a lot about myself.

Well done. I've been trying to do 30 straight days for years now.
You supposed to feel the same way you are dreaming
