    That’s great mate, thanks for the feedback on your own requirements. The purpose of the video is to teach first time users how to operate the K008.3 one tonne machine safely. I also operate 1.7, 2.5, 3.5, 5.5 and 8T machines and yet find it a little difficult to access openings less than 860mm with the others. The Kubota is an awesome excavator and I challenge anyone to compare cheaper made equivalents. Happy to sit on the K008.3 all day.

      The U17 is a good machine too mate. I find the 1T is for narrow access jobs and then I step up to the U25 if able. I have a few more videos coming shortly if you would like to subscribe.

    Can the blade be used to push material or is it simply for stabilizing the machine while digging?

    • @GregWallace-fr8rl
      @GregWallace-fr8rl 6 месяцев назад

      Yes, the blade can be used for backfill and grading like larger machines. Of course there are some limitations as the weight and power of the machine doesn’t allow pushing of huge quantities.

    Never shut a machine off while at full revs as it is not good for the engine and can reduce the engine life

      Hey Dylan, thanks for taking the time to watch our intro video. Whilst we don’t suggest shutting the machine off at full revs the rev range is narrow and the engine is not turbo charged. This shouldn’t present any adverse effects if the revs aren’t reduced to idle prior to shutdown.
