It's neat, but something that's easier to implement with adult doll lines. A lot of the appeal of dolls for kids is changing the clothes and being able to mix and match from different dolls. Most people just can't afford to have a whole wardrobe for each doll, so its hard to have the dolls be different sizes and still share clothes and shoes.
@sophiaclark6007 the G3 doll body are very diverse now! Draculaura is short and curvy, Cleo is medium and slim, Clawdeen is tall and athletic, Twyla is as short as Draculaura but slim build. Twyla and Cleo can wear Draculaura's clothes but Draculaura can't wear their fashions, if that makes sense.
I was so not ready for the reveal my jaw actually dropped. I really would like some of these outfits for myself, especially that chain ribcage. You really did her justice, I love it.

If you live in the US, these kinds of Tripp pants are abundant in Hot Topic. They can go for about $40 on a sale, even in physical stores where they have less clothes they tend to have a bunch of them. If you're outside of the US though, I don't know :( You might have some luck with thrifting but that's always going to be hit or miss

I used to not like them too much but when I got my own piercing (3 years ago) I fell in love :D sadly, I got eyeglasses a year after getting the piercing so I had to take it out, because my eyeglasses were irritating the piercing all the time :( luckily it seems that Ghoulias eyeglasses don't touch the piercing lol! She's very cool :)

I am probably the biggest critic when it comes to anything Monster High, especially G1 and G2. These were such a huge icon in my life and my daughter, and I together. So to say they mean the world to me as a vast understatement. I may not have chosen the outfit that you did, but I will definitely tell you that what you did was amazing and your artistic eye is truly amazing, thank you so much for sharing this video and your willingness to share what you did. Definitely a new sub. I would love to see what you could do with G1 series not necessarily giving them a new look, but what you would’ve done with them based on their original look…

Oh, she’s beautiful! This is also the kind of clothing I really wanted to wear as a teenager, if I could have gotten it past my parents lol! I don’t know how long you are planning to keep the Monster Highs going, but I think the next doll should be the original Manster, everybody’s favorite snakehead Deuce! He was one of the original line of dolls, after all, and whether he’s hooked up with Cleo or they’re just friends, he always looks awesome alongside the ghoulies! I’d also love to see your takes on Spectra, Abbey, and my personal favorite, Sirena. She’s definitely a more obscure doll, but she is also one of the prettiest characters from G1 (seriously, her head sculpt is gorgeous) and being a ghost/mermaid fusion she could really give you a totally unique ghoul for your gallery. I know it’s a long shot, but I still think she would be a very cool doll to see you make!

Oh my gosh she looks so cool! This one’s by far my favorite of your redesigns! If you’re going to keep doing the Monster High Redesigns I have some ideas on who you could do next! Let me know if you like any of these ideas. 1. Valentine with a charming villainous western esthetic! I could totally see him with some cool cowboy boots combined with Astarion from Balder’s Gate 3. Manly saying the western thing as surprisingly he has a country accent. It caught me off guard when rewatching a clip of him as I have no memory of him having that accent. 2. Abby with a style that’s combined of Harley Quinn at the roller derby the sparkles and flare like Elsa’s dress in the first Frozen Movie. I could totally see Abby having a pin of Cupid on her derby jacket. I admittedly ship them a little bit… 3. Toralei with a Glam Rocker look like Joan Jett. I think she’d look so cool with that type of vibe and aesthetic! I love Joan Jett’s music and outfits. And finally my last idea! 4. That one Pirate Ghost lady from the movie Haunted. I don’t remember her name but I could see you making her look amazing!

I can't decide what detail I love the most! Is it the tribal tat eyeshadow? The ribcage? The jinkos? The purse? It's also so rad that Jewel goes through the extra effort to make some of the pieces functional, as in purse that actually opens, doll clothing with snaps and velcro so you can take it off, etc.

I just want to say how absolutely incredible it is to watch you make these intricate dolls but not just for the execution but also the ideation part of the process. Like... Coming up with these things is difficult too and takes so much effort all on its own and then being able to bring that vision to life... This is art and art is the closest thing there is to magic. This one is probably my favorite redesign so far! Ghoulia was always a fav of mine, so finally seeing you work on her made me really happy!!! Thank you for all the hard work you do! If you decide to continue the MH redesign saga, I suggest you do Abbey (who I remember as a part of the main group) and Toralei since she was often featured in the episodes due to being an antaognist (and maybe you could do Spectra, since she was often tied up with the group too). Don't overwork yourself though! And if you decide to continue or not is up to you ofc! I just hope you have a lot of fun with the future projects you create, whether they are MH related or not 💜

Oh my gosh she looks so cool! This one’s by far my favorite of your redesigns! If you’re going to keep doing the Monster High Redesigns I have some ideas on who you could do next! Let me know if you like any of these ideas.
1. Valentine with a charming villainous western esthetic! I could totally see him with some cool cowboy boots combined with Astarion from Balder’s Gate 3. Manly saying the western thing as surprisingly he has a country accent. It caught me off guard when rewatching a clip of him as I have no memory of him having that accent.
2. Abby with a style that’s combined of Harley Quinn at the roller derby the sparkles and flare like Elsa’s dress in the first Frozen Movie. I could totally see Abby having a pin of Cupid on her derby jacket. I admittedly ship them a little bit…
3. Toralei with a Glam Rocker look like Joan Jett. I think she’d look so cool with that type of vibe and aesthetic! I love Joan Jett’s music and outfits.
And finally my last idea!
4. That one Pirate Ghost lady from the movie Haunted. I don’t remember her name but I could see you making her look amazing!

oh i love this, the intricacy of the details of each pieces are so good. i am genuinely hooked with it. i love how you made her scene it fits her so much!
I can't decide what detail I love the most! Is it the tribal tat eyeshadow? The ribcage? The jinkos? The purse?
It's also so rad that Jewel goes through the extra effort to make some of the pieces functional, as in purse that actually opens, doll clothing with snaps and velcro so you can take it off, etc.

I just want to say how absolutely incredible it is to watch you make these intricate dolls but not just for the execution but also the ideation part of the process. Like... Coming up with these things is difficult too and takes so much effort all on its own and then being able to bring that vision to life...

She is sooo cool and seeing them all together now is amazing. I love that you mostly keep the styles that the characters are already loosely inspired by, but give them way more realism and detail and accuracy to a real world fashion aesthetic than a simple kids' doll would have!

If you decide to continue the MH redesign saga, I suggest you do Abbey (who I remember as a part of the main group) and Toralei since she was often featured in the episodes due to being an antaognist (and maybe you could do Spectra, since she was often tied up with the group too). Don't overwork yourself though! And if you decide to continue or not is up to you ofc! I just hope you have a lot of fun with the future projects you create, whether they are MH related or not 💜
