- This is my After Effects Final Project. I used a ton of motion tracking and blurs, with some minor scaling and coloring, to help visualize an idea I've had for years. It's still imperfect, of course, but it's out there and I'm happy with it. :)
Should Darcy get a part two, or would you like to see the inner thoughts of Mr. Bingley, Mr. Collins, or Mr. Wickham next?

There were so many shots lingering at mr darcy’s hand in the film... it kind of signifies his intentions towards her. In this scene, this is the moment she finally “takes his hand” or “accepts his hand”... like finally accepting his proposal. It didn’t mean much to me until i watched it a few times more.
Mr. Darcy is perhaps, no joke, one of the most relatable characters ever.

The hand flex wasn't in the script but they liked it and kept it in.

Dude literally the biggest reason i love this movie is the actor's skill at facial expressions and nonverbals, you can totally tell he's thinking all this shit the whole movie 😂😂😂😂

The last scene is especially significant. All through these times it has been Elizabeth who has walked on foot for long distances, now it's Mr. Darcy who's doing it for a change. Depicts how he has modified his behavior (remember: inferior birth) and is willing to scale any distance to be with the lady he loves, most ardently.

That entrance scene at the ball always made me think how that many people in a small ballroom or hall, dancing all around...when I know they don't have modern plumbing.
