too bad inflation has taken away people’s disposable income to eat out on top of the recent tech layoffs.

Yet housing prices keep going up. Why is this happening?

Yea that’s a super bad decision. Good video. But opening a restaurant isn’t good even in good times. And to help mom beat cancer. That sucks. But you have to make smarter decisions.

Timing..... during an economic expansion people have more disposable income .. afford to dine out ,.....during a contraction people reduce their expenditures,...dining out less often.....timing , location , product and service , local competition , sufficient capital/ resources , business savvy .... return customers , word of mouth growth , first impressions very important.

I would suggest this restaurant to take advantage as a fusion-mariscos restaurant to more all demographics, because everyone has their go-to sushi spot so if you’re not doing anything different you’re going to always be in the struggle.
I’m the assistant manager of Alfredo’s Mexican food so pick my brain if you want to, dog!!

I love sushi restaurants and I feel there’s not too many of them around. They are rare. Mexican food is everywhere. I want more sushi restaurants. Their ambience is typically what I love with the food.
