You are thee most humble person I've seen on RUclips.. and give us so much information about all the different types of seaweed, plants, mushrooms and fish.. because of your channel, I learned to gut, clean and cook fish.. In the past month I have watched you dig in on crawfish, make Gordon Ramsay's salmon dish, eat different type of seaweeds, flip a kayak, make a table, sushirrito, debunk "watermelon tasting like tuna" myth and now this. You just need a curry tree to dehydrate your own curry leaves for your own curry powder, and a finger lime tree! You'll have so many bases covered with a garden like that. Looking forward to how you and Jocelyn get your garden going to work with your catch and cook series.

To be honest I or many do not think your content is repetitive. I know you the one doing the cooking may feel that way but there is ALWAYS something new to take away.
I just learnt the differences between with a flat fish and halibut, and the guacamole topping😋 I can go on and on.

I'm happy to watch what content you can put out during trying times. Keep on keeping on, don't have wildfires here in the Midwest but the weather here has been a bit of a roller coaster and while I can't go fishing I have cranked out some pretty good fish meals with what I've learned from your (and other) channels, so it's appreciated.

Oh my gosh! This might be my favorite episode yet! I caught a croaker on the east coast once and it made the most peculiar sound! I would not have known about the flat fish, thank you for sharing the identifier! My Okinawan GM taught me to eat the fried fish fins and shrimp tails, delish! Taku I love your channel I have been watching for several months now :) and I truly enjoy your content. You have a good balance of food and fishing the two things I like ! On other channels I have seen fishermen show the fish to the camera so that we can see its natural beauty before they throw it back or keep it, it would be nice to see that here too :) keep up the videos
