Yeah, I agree 100%, but Nick cant seems to get the most out of his players, we know how important Dre is, but our Secondary has been giving up tons of mistakes. I think Nick is too damn laid back.
Totally fair. I’m sure all of us were wondering why that 3rd and 10 was an aim at an explosive after Moody’s previous miss. Shoulda gone for 5-7 yards and gone for it on 4th. Season’s over what do you have to lose?
He was trying to believe in his kicker. Now he knows exactly what to expect from him. He will never kick a ball for us again.🤞🏾🤞🏾 Cost us the Superbowl last year too
I think the first INT was definitely on Purdy but the second one, based on Purdy’s reaction, it might have been that Pearsall was supposed to run flat down the line but seemed to go out further. If that is the case then that’s the reason why the safety was able to break in front of him.
The 49ers played anti-complementary football this year. When our offense played well, our defense didn't, and when our defense played well, our offense didn't.
@@BryBry78 Yes. But if they haven't fired Brian Schneider by now, I don't see them doing it. How good/bad was he in Seattle? He must have some terrible pictures of Lynch/Shanhan.
I agree. Chill on the contract. The 49ers need to let Joshua Dobbs start the Arizona game, to see what he can do. Brock Purdy should not feel that he has the starting job, if he is not performing up to standard.
You lost me when you said Kyle was a great play caller. What other coach or coordinator calls pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, etc., etc. (and not for the first time) when leading in the second half. Play designer? Okay. Play caller? Nah.
I respect that 100%. I think the first half was an indication of his ability to run an effective system with passes, runs, play action, etc. I’m not sure if that was a half time adjustment or what, but agree that had a negative effect!
The interceptions were bad throws. But I think if we have an offensive system, he will be great. If you remember, last year, he would look off every safety. He didn't have that happen. Maybe once when Kyle Hamilton made a great play.
@@SportsTalkSanFrancisco More than that, I just don't think they are typical of him. I think down the stretch this year, he was having those. I don't know if it was frustration, or something with his arm. But we've seen enough from him to know they aren't typical.
Whoops. Forgot to mention Jake Moody. YIKES folks. YIKES. Can’t hit a FG got the yips so bad he couldn’t even hit the point after 😂. Bye Moody
Sadly, they are more likely to keep Moody than Purdy.
It's clear that the defense is vastly difference with Greenlaw and without him. It's not even close.

Yup! Pay the man. 100
I blame Shanahan for the 58 yard FG miss. There was no reason to expect him to make that. What made him think that was a good idea?

Interesting! Film breakdown time! Thanks for the take!

And then there is the special teams unit

The special teams are sure special, alright. DEE DEE DEE!!!
Yup! And even when both came to play, special teams gave up huge plays as well
I don't know why they kept wanting Piersall to throw it.
😂😂. One play caller trying to show off in front of another great play caller?
I just knew Kyle was going to get Brock hurt by playing him in a meaningless game. Head coaching malpractice! 😡

😂. It was a risk but then even after last night Brock wants in and the chance to keep improving

They will probably bring Sorenson back. It would be nice to see Saleh back, but it seems like he doesn't want to.
Yeah.. feel that. I’m on the fence about that decision. I would love to see some more creativity but if the DL can be built up vanilla can work
Nice
Draft a qb and a kicker for starters and fix a hundred other things
Thanks for the take! Is there a better QB in the draft right now sitting at pick 11 though?
The NINERS need to do what they have to do to get Salah back in the HOUSE 🏡 Moving forward.
The NINERS need to stop thinking twice about keeping MOODY…. Move on without him…!!
Moody has to go. Long past time to recognize that he has been a flop.
Yeah I feel that. Sucks because he’s a talent but just can’t get it between the uprights. Mentality problem

Get Purdy a good O line where he has time to throw good passes instead of getting pressured all the time and needing to rush the ball out
@@shaynew4607he had time and a clean pocket twice
@ True but also he’s only in his third year in the league he’s gonna improve and develop more
Great take. Agree. I think both INT were preventable which means he can learn from them and improve on them 👍

What did George Kittle in 2023 and 2024 have in common?
Uhhh… he’s a freaking MONSTER
If the Niners keep Moody and pay Purdy 50-60 million per year, then goodbye Niners and hello Chargers. Y'all can pick whatever team you want!
