I’ve found the fastest world farming comes from a double Dreamless team with Havoc Rover and Danjin. 90% of the mobs die with the swap cancel alone.
I haven't fully built out this team yet, so great to know!
@@saintontas f2p havoc rover is nice, otherwise havoc rover + jiyan also works. one set of mobs use havoc rover other sets jiyan. havoc rover + danjin is nice because while walking dreamless will reset unlike ultimate.
Wait how do you swap cacnel dreamless echo? I keep not doint the last slash
I just use one jiyan monkey jump and finished on most mobs but some require two extra normals. I've been struggling to get an er 3 cost echo for verina
my danjin brain keeps doing the danjin combo instead of using double dreamless and killing them instantly 😂😂😂
Guys just in case yall need good areas to farm with lots of mobs, norfall barrens (you can do a full circle and there’s tons of enemies), the area around the thundering mephis, the forbidden forest, the sea of flames, and dim forest ( just circle around the tree and you’ll see lots of them) are great places to go where you won’t feel like you’re running for ages to find one enemy. The area near the mourning aix is also good for farming the birds. Good luck to yall!! ALSO: FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE BRING THE INFERNO RIDER ECHO AND THE HERON ECHO. They make traveling and crossing cliffs sm easier.
My fav farming team consists of jianxin (aoe + sustain + heron for flight), havoc rover (good for dps + dreamless for aoe destruction), and Chixia/Mortefi (both can utilize inferno rider effectively + ranged weapons)

Some good advice. Two tips from me:
1) you can lower your world level (press 'esc' and click on 'i; next to your SOL3 phase). Ech drop rates depend only on Data bank level, so you can make killing them much easier that way. Keep in mind you cna do only once per 12h iirc. So what I have been doing is to use up plates first, lower phase, do my farmign route. then nex day i start with Echo farming, and once I'm done I'll reset Phase to spend plates.
2)Double dreamless setup is very efficent at farming mobs thanks to its massive aoe, especially if you lowered your World Phase. You dont even have to run it on dark characters, as you'll probably will not need full set bonus to farm those mobs.
3)Another usefull echo is Hell rider. If you hold Echo summon key, you'll be able to ride on his motorbike for few seconds. It's faster than sprinting, and doesn't consume stamina. Just slap him on your support.

Just wanna confirm though. For no 1, does the data bank level are kept as it is even though the world level is lowered? I'm currently at SOL3 Phase II, I think (at Union Lvl 40) and lvl 20 Data Bank. Does the Data Bank will be kept at lvl 20 if I lowered my SOL3 Phase?
And in addition to Inferno Rider, we can also try Impermanence Heron. The hold attack version enables a mid-range flight (not as long as Inferno Rider, but can help traverse places that requires "flying").

So it doesn’t affect anything data bank related correct? Only affects boss/forgery/tacet/sim drops if I’m understanding this correctly

i think the formula for the pity change from 2-3 days ago.. for the 3 cost echos it seems that the 3rd kill has a higher chance of dropping, nullifying the strategy to kill other 3 cost then kill the actual echo you want.
what i do recently is to kill 2 other 3 cost then kill the desired echo on the 3rd and 4th kill.
It was the 4th kill, Mtashed has a video where he tried the pity and it is guaranteed on 4th kill. If you have some extra time, farm atleast 3 elite echoes that are not your priority then track the elite echo you want and there's a chance you might get the least priority echo when building the pity. 😊

@@Galangxdsometimes doesnt mean everytime. If you kill 3 cost echo 3x times and it doesn't drop, the 4th one WILL drop, no matter what. The 20% drop rate still affect your drop chance before the 4th one. They didn't change nothing
Most players are still in the "honeymoon" phase of the game, so they have no clue about the hellscape that is echo farming. I bet there are going to be a lot of complains about that, and if it's not made "easier" to at least acquire the correct main stat of an echo, it will have a bad impression for new players that will think of trying the game.
Personally I am feeling the burn from the grind already and I only play a few days a week for a couple of hours, and I am starting to also lose interest in the game because of that.
100% the entire region and got lucky with a full Havoc 43311 set with all crit values rolled. So now I just get to casually clear stuff at my own pace now.

True. I'm still farming and I'm down to my last 10 tuning upgrades and I only have like 3 level 20 echoes, elites at 10-15 and the 1-starts are just 5-10. Burned so many tuners leveling an ideal echo combo but the first tune is garbage and starting over.
its only been 2 weeks lol. in genshin ppl were still on blue artifacts
There are 80 more union levels meaning more tacet field rewards and the highest union level people are at so far are just 40 so it could just be better late game

Wow never think about this before. I am always farming max 3 specific tds per day which is really not efficient in the long run now with my main teams built i can start mass farming for better echoes and preparing for the upcoming banners. Subscribed and hope you can release for wuwa guides

Speaking of echoes, anyone ever encountered a "Mutated" echo? I got one for the raving turtle and it seems like a skin of some sort. Quite interesting that no videos have been made of it.
This is a "shiny" echo which is an easter egg to pokemon. These are called phantom echos and have a rare chance of spawning in the overworld each reset. They don't have any numerical advantages over other echoes and are just an account flex.
It will be extremely helpful to have a 10 min daily echo farming route while doing my daily missions.
Hopefully, we will be able to get that soon as we get more new areas in the future.

Havent seen anyone comment this but using inferno rider echo for your 2 off characters (e.g. Verina/mortifie) hold q and you can ride pretty far. Great for traversing
saves so much time
Working around the elite class TD pity is where I spend the most time playing this game. It feels bad when these mobs explode into a gold hologram early when they're not my targeted echo and then I have to work my way up to the hard pity again

Yes, kind of. But she doesn't group as well, and her dmg also doesn't reach Jiyan levels. But it is a good alternative if you don't have him!

He says her dmg doesn't get to jiyan levels..I can tell who didn't build their Rover..Bruh..stop listening to the streamers go build her..She is if not the best DPS out now one of the top 3

@@dragnofsgrouping helps to cut down the time to farm more it may not be muchh of a diff for an average player but for peop who wanna do it with maximum efficiency,, grouping helps in the sense where it gathers the mobs letting u one shot all of them at once rather than having to chase some around becuz ur attacks/skills didnt hit them

Great tips, echo rng has been a bitch specially with the electro set, a tip is getting the 2 echo selector on the rouguelike mode that allow us to select a echo with the elemental damage stat.
Exactly what i was saying, this is ridiculous. why tf does it only have 2 options on the "3" echoes? afaik, the rest have 3 options there..

For people who aren’t trying to be the most efficient I’ll tell you my experience. After playing the game a lot for the first couple weeks I find myself getting a lot of 1 cost echoes and since I’m looking for perfect pieces, I have almost no upgrade materials. This means if you stick to to hunting the 3cost echoes you need and kill stuff on the side (and lock all atk 1 costs) you should have a lot of echoes and really only need to farm 3 costs
Fastest for me was Northfall Barrens and Sea of Flames. Lots of TD enemies that drop a lot of materials for ascension and good echo distribution since most enemies are like almost 15 feet next to each other. Fastest Boss echo to farm is dreamless, set to low level when fighting her to drop an echo around 4 times and you can pretty much gain 4 or 5 dreamless echoes under 30 mins if your unlucky
This will be the next game i drop if they dont decrease the geind.
its a pain to farm dreamless for my rover using a potato phone that gets stuck in the loading screen for 1 minute 😮💨
The farming is okay the other problem is just the echo sealed xp cost a lot when upgrading the echoes which is hard to get the effects you desired, you keep grinding and grinding until you get a good effect or base and sub stat to your echo

for 43311 format, the 3 cost echo should it be the corresponding elemnent for both? or one for element and the other for atk%?
Element is better but attack is not too far behind.
depends on the character! for many supports you want to run at least 1 ER piece in the 3 slot like verina, baizhi, jianxin, etc
I'll never get The specific bonus DMG with a specific sonata effect. And if i do, it's either purple or substats are bad. 😊
If you are a casual player it's better to wait for the double echo drop event this version or wait for them to improve the echo farming system in 1.1. Just enjoy story quests and exploration till then.

I have yet to find an accurate interactive map. I've tried to use this to farm Chasm Guardians, Rocksteadies, Geohides, Stonewalls and Hoochiefs. The placements are either quite off or they're missing.
Agree, I tried using an interactive map, but half the nodes were wrong and I was wasting more time looking for MOBs that weren't there. I just use the data bank and jumping all over the map. Aside from Glacial, most elites you'll want for something so I just kill every elite I see as I ping-pong around the map. But I does take a long time....

I've got a build for most if not all the characters I am using, but I need to level them up faster, any tips?
Haha, this is probably the hardest part of the game right now. My biggest suggestion is only taking gold echoes up to +20.
This gives you 4/5 substats which should be good enough for most characters. Taking an echo from +20 to +25 is almost enough exp to take a new echo from +0 to +20.

(me who doesn't have Jiyan and Aalto because I didn't pull on Jiyan's banner.)
Currently don't have any chars with a group but I have a fairly strong Havoc Rover that just one-taps most normal enemies so not an issue.
I want to refine my echos for Havoc Rover/Danjin/Verina for now.
Tip Verina spamming heavy attack is the fastest movement ability
It's definitely fast but a huge stamina drain!
I just can't find a 3* aero set with bonus aero dmg. It has been multiple days trying killing all cranes, all monkeys and all cars......no luck
Also keep in mind that as soon as you get the perfect echo set for an element or the support sets, the reason to pull new characters and to play at all will drop significantly. Echo system is one of the main lingering development opportunity while playing, the other will be Hopefully proper endgame.. to not make the same mistake as “the other game” 😊
Having echoes farmed and ready for every set will actually make it less of a hurdle to pull new characters. If you don't have a set, it might make you think twice about pulling.
@@SundayMatinee for sure, you prepare for it with mats, with gear, you pull the champ, makes you happy, in 5 minutes she is standing there maxed out, you hunt some stuff to enjoy and it feels great.. on that day… then on second/third day you log in and because you can’t do anything FOR that character, there must be a proper endgame to do something WITH the character.
I quit the other game because I was prepared for a nice looking new character then just couldn’t do anything neither FOR nor WITH it… that’s what I was trying to say 🫣
Literally farmed for hours in dreamless got like 10 healing bonus 6 hp a lot of purple dreamless and 1 crit rate with trash substat I'm so happy right now 🙃
Got both Yinlin and Calcharo. Don’t have a single on set 3 cost. Yet I have FIVE (yes 5) on set Fusion pieces and my Chixia in Level 1 and I don’t have Encore 🤦♂️

ye and you could lower your world lvl so u can just 1 hit all TDs and the drop rate would be still the same since data bank isnt effected by world level
This is definitely ideal if you don't want to waste any unnecessary XP on echoes and it limits how strong your teams are.
Guys small question, i understand that a lot of people experience overheating when playing wuwa. But what will happen if you just. Let it continue heating?
Battery drain like crazy.. lagg and fps loss due to heating and slowing down the phone so it won't damage the internals.
@@hdgdhnxbdx1619 and how do you know when the phone has reached its MAXIMUM heat handling level? Or is it just the moment it feels really hot you just have to stop?
Your battery will be damaged. Lower overall charge. Instead of lasting a whole day, it will last a half. Then quarter. Then an hour. Then, you'll need to keep it plugged in continuously.

The Guidebook (I think that's what it's called) gives DB experience, so worth forcing some of the achievements in that to level up your DataBank

I could prolly play for 2.5 hours maximum then I'll get tired as I lack sleep... Really, I could farm the Echoes if I want to, but every time I lose the chance of getting the purple echo, it just demotivates me, and I stop playing the game

That math is 0.8%, not 4%.
You’re missing the actual most impactful one. Lower your world level and you will kill every single mob faster. World level does not impact drops or drop rate. It only affects wave plate drops and you’re not using wave plates to farm TDs. You can reset it every 12 hours.
This is very good advice for when you reach a new phase and you're too weak to trash the mobs.
How to lower world level?
In the main menu below your profile, next to your world level shown (solphase 3 rank …) there are three small points you can click on

I killed the stupid bell turtle 70 times cos I wanted a healing 4 cost. I got 0 so far. wtf. However from killing mobs I have plenty of Havoc on set 3 cos wolfs and lizard cos they are probably twice as common
I have only 1 on set electro 3 cost after killing the stupid electro birds for 4 days... so Idc anymore.. moonlit all the way
The turtle absolutely fucking sucks. It's one of (or the only) boss that has 2 fucking sets, such a PITA.

This guide is wortless.
What you do is:
*Turn on doom music (from Mick Gordon)
*Never open up your menu or use teleport points (you dont waste time, you kill)
*RIP AND TEAR TILL ITS DONE
*lock good stuff and trow rest into grider after (only lock 3 element epic ones till you get the right set as those are the rarest)

guys don't forget ! the drops of the echoes and echoes materials from tacet fields and maybe some other resources will increase in 1.1 in 28/06, so it's better to wait unless you need to do them, or have nothing better to spend your waveplates on imo :)

Never farm tacet fields unless you are a whale like this man .
Only farm for 3 cost and boss piece and use detection and you will be good . Those 1 cost you will get randomly while looking for 3 costs and lots of them that you won't even care .
If low on premium tuner explore overworld and keep echo level 15 or under beside the 4 cost ones .
And no ,no matter what you do it doesn't take 10 minutes , scam alert . It takes hours and hours .
this is why the game is dead, it takes too much time to get everything perfect, honkai star rail is just so much more casual and fun

Jeez this is beyond work. Great combat but the draw of these games is... spend money and grind. Sigh. Just got union 35. I dont mind grinding and killing something a bunch but this is high level effort to be efficient..tiring.
you dont have too if you dont wanna min maxing your characters.Also you can get 4 Elite echo selectors from event (depth of illusive and Alloy smelt) right now with Elemental DMG as its main stat perfect for your Main and 2nd/sub DPS, i think they also give another 2 in the battle pass thing at lvl 50+
Because that's how open world games are built and their way of making people play the game. If you want less time consuming games, just play their first game PGR, Honkai Impact 3, or any RPG games.
@serenevoid7423 those aren't really less demanding. And it's more about wasting time doing nonsense menial tasks when I'm suppose to be playing a game. These games are more like bad relations. Empty shallow and take tons of money rofl
