Did you know that we're getting another manga called Mobile War History Gundam Burai? It's basically Gundams in the Warring States Era, on Earth. Best of all, it ain't SD. Maybe we'll get a kit again like in Moon Gundam?
I recently built this kit and I find that attaching the the stand to the hollow square area underneath the Aile Striker Jet Pack holds it up better than underneath the hips. Very nice end product - just wish the RG Inner frame was more solid like the RG Force Impulse
As a straight builder, I just hope the Strike will get a new mold in the RG line, cause I love the design but don't want the MG or PG cause they cost a lot and are too big for my tastes ( I need to think for my shelves )
Out of the box, mine is fairly solid really. Tinkered with it on a bunch of poses and didn't have anything fall off. In truth, my only difficulty with the kit was the ordering process through Bluefin as I picked this up with the RG Tallgeese 3, and they 'forgot' to send this kit out at release because of release dates between the two kits. So they labeled my order complete and tried to tell me I didn't have a RG Perfect Strike coming. XD

After seeing the ‘bored of gunpla’ video and this back to back...l decided to buy an RG aile strike. The hobby store owner also recommend me this kit over RG exia soo this will be my first visit to floppy town. But i am sure it is excitement embodied xD
Forgot to mention that this version can at least stay upright with the aile striker on since the little place holder in the waist prevents it from flopping backwards like the normal Aile Striker; so its at least got that going for it.
Re: Loose Joints on old RG Inner Frames Saw a video of a builder placing cut-outs of the plastic holding the runners in between ball joints. Wondering if anyone has had any luck with this method? Also, thanks @MechaGaikotsu for the tip on using paint/nail polish to tighten up joints. Might use paint on the non-ball joint areas that fold (e.g. knees and elbows)
This videos couldn't come in a better time for me. I wanted to buy the RG Strike but I tought the Perfect Strike was just an set of accessories without the gundam itself, like the Nu Gundam Funnels. Now I know I can just buy the Perfect Strike.
Took a chance, went ahead and picked one of these up. Mainly because I like the strike, and I also snapped together a couple of the older RG kits over the last 3-4 weeks, and they really didn’t seem as bad as I expected them to be (for now at least, I’m sure they’ll be loosening up any day now); so since the Strike, Destiny, and Justice are three of my favorite ms designs I figured I’d take a chance on the RG kits for them.
I built the rg aile strike& the rg skygrasper about 2 years ago and it hasnt aged well at all. Im gonna just pass on this. The only thing i dont have is the updated striker pack with the 4 extra energy racks....but good review broham. Always keep up the amazing work!!!
After building the absolute hand grenade that is the RG Build Strike, I can't imagine having all that extra crap loaded on it. o.O Looks awesome on the shelf if it makes it there in one piece though!
I do appreciate your warning, even though i just finished mine on the day you released the MG Barbatos review. The action base adapter is an absolute garbage. I think the best way to deal with it is just glue it right away. You can never pose it with out the action base anyway (unless of course, if you glue the feet to some flat surface). As for the weapons, I gave up on posing the luncher with the proper hand grab at the handle since the first day. Now I just put the hand somewhere behind the luncher to make it looks like the Strike is grabing it. Worst of all the waepon is that they choose to go with the foldable peg on almost everything. The joint of this peg is so loosy that even you push the peg right into the hand, the weapon will just become loose and wobbly. The beam boomerang is another nightmare. The grip mechanic is that the have a T-shape peg on the grip hands and you need to put the tiny cut on the handle into it to make it fit. The peg is so small that it is for me I think it is impossible to hold it firmly in the hands. The soulder joint is, I guess, is a RG syndrome. I put the hand gun on and raise it up at 45 degree angle, 5 hours later it drop parallel to the table. I got it just because it looks so badass when it was release, which I am in my first month into Gunpla. It has been on my list since then.
I have the regular RG Aile Strike and RG Skygrasper. Can confirm that neither of them came with a stand. And those holding hands did come with the Skygrasper.
If you get the revived HG Aile Strike, you can take the parts from the old Perfect Strike and slap em on the revive Strike for a revamped Perfect Strike

Mine was bad at holding anything. Including the basic shield and rifle. I put it in a pose that looked cool, glued a few parts, and have left it alone on my shelf.
I wish they should fix the RG solidness joints of the arms and waist of the inner-frame when it comes to bulk-heavy accessories. Regardless, it's a nice full-package.
The newer rg kits are much more solid since they don't have a preassembled inner frame. I have a few real grades and the later ones are much better kits by far.
