RDM, and here's the thing: We weren't tricked into playing off-healer, we're playing healer PERFECTED. We almost never have to actually heal. We throw down a rez here and there, maybe pull the healers back from the dead to do their jobs, and everyone loves us more than the actual healers. We get all the cred and barely a sliver of the responsibility. And we look good doing it!
I also suffered from this delusion until it hit me. The people getting rezzed don't read the names of the people rezzing them and even when they do, their brains don't register who did it, so they automatically credit the healer in their heads.
There is one major problem I see with this video and that is implying a Black Mage would ever willingly leave their leylines. Everyday, hundreds of Black Mages are evicted from their leylines by bosses, aoes, and those weird classes that have green icons that insist on kidnapping them.
Exactly why I make mine invisible. What looks more badass, hitting a god tier enemy with some weird piece of junk on your arm or punching those uppity bastards in the face with your bare hands?

One of the pieces of the Emperor's New Gear is a Fist weapon. It exists solely for glamouring over your Monk weapons to make them invisible. And it's only, like... I wanna say 2k gil. There ya go, cheap and easy invisible monk weapons.

It's because we did get disowned this expansion.....But if you are a DRG main your job is to try to hit everything possible, make sure your extra jump doesn't kill you....but laugh when the reaper teleports himself off arena...but still cry because your potency isn't the best....

Balance team having trouble doing a proper job it seems because I don't think they ever intended it to be that high. Hell, you have DRGs in the top 10 damage for every fight (although they have questionable double weaves that make you wonder what ping they have...)
The fact I wished GNB has more buttons just *proves* that it is the right job for me. I also like the fact part of the continuation combo is on one button now, but I want more buttons as well. More things to do.
Asking Blue Mages to beg for placement on the list is a trap. The entire BLU job is begging your monster mommies and daddies to step on you with their big ultimate moves so that you can imprint the knowledge of how hard you got stepped on into your soul. There is nothing they'd love more than begging to be on the list.
As someone who has mained SCH since ARR, I can definitely admit to this. And when I am paired with a WAR, I just pat Eos on the back and say "go gettem' girl" while I adopt my new role as caster assistant dps.

Lucy, this extremely serious list has really upset me and my preferred job only ranks so low because you clearly do not know the rotation. Having to spam holy spirit and Confiteor with two buttons on PLD is the pinnacle of tank DPS, especially on launch when it had less potency than the normal holy spirit rotation and was a DPS loss to get the DoT out so you had to give it up and cycle an entirely different rotation after the opener forcing your CD's to unalign to the GCD. Seeing whether that rotation broke someone was truly the measure of a man.

Losing DPS on a healer is not such a bad thing if you're not parsing. All encounter are designed to be cleared without healer damage, so if you use your lily's instead of mana once in a while you wont hurt the raid. And you'll save mana, which is another problem you have

It is certainly absolutely stupid to make this argument either way. The simple fact is that lilies do get used on WHM, because the mana issues WHM has are after lilies and every other 0 cost spell is already used.

Red Mage and Dark Knight in F tier...awesome, RDM is my fav and DRK is the only tank I actually enjoy playing...haven't tried gunbreaker yet but that's beside the point, and then Scholar in a class of it's own, love you Lucy!
As a Warrior main, a healer died on the last boss of a endgame dungeon at 60% and while they were like "wipe it my bad" I go "Oh noooo, anyway~" and proceeded to kill the boss and keep the 2 DPS alive with Flesh np. When the healer was like "wow...its like you didn't even need me." I go "Nope! :D" and left the dungeon. Being a Warrior is great. :)

Been mixing around with jobs and thinking about either Warrior or Reaper. Reaper comes with that goth edge that matches my love for industrial music. But Warrior is my second favorite tank while also being my favorite healer. If you were wondering what would be favorite tank, that would Gunbreaker.

You must not play with the sound on because there is no way someone who has heard the Scorch sound effect could ever put RDM in the bottom tier.
Red Mage and Dark Knight in F tier...awesome, RDM is my fav and DRK is the only tank I actually enjoy playing...haven't tried gunbreaker yet but that's beside the point, and then Scholar in a class of it's own, love you Lucy!

As a Warrior main, a healer died on the last boss of a endgame dungeon at 60% and while they were like "wipe it my bad" I go "Oh noooo, anyway~" and proceeded to kill the boss and keep the 2 DPS alive with Flesh np. When the healer was like "wow...its like you didn't even need me." I go "Nope! :D" and left the dungeon.
Being a Warrior is great. :)

The ffxiv devs work really hard on these jobs... except whm and drk. Feels like they've been competing for years to see which they can disrespect the worst while having people still simp for them.
I came across this channel through Misshapen Chair's video (spent a couple minutes trying to figure out if he was using some sort of very effective voice modulator), and this is very funny content. I don't really follow VTuber stuff outside of "being aware that it exists," but I like the format of edited RUclips videos (streaming doesn't appeal to me as much, though I get why other people like it).

Been mixing around with jobs and thinking about either Warrior or Reaper.
Reaper comes with that goth edge that matches my love for industrial music. But Warrior is my second favorite tank while also being my favorite healer.
If you were wondering what would be favorite tank, that would Gunbreaker.
