    I actually went to the county office to try and do an otc sale and they looked confused. This wasa year ago after watching your video 😂 now this makes sense

    Interesting seems there doing this for big institutions not for small investors

      Yeah, but as Ted points out toward the end of the video, Ohio actually has both tax lien certificates *and* tax deeds. The outlying counties still foreclose on individual tax deeds.
