I love this idea
that battle between teal and pink was legendary.
Watching Beasty and Chat being amused, confused and frustrated for 57 minutes, puzzling over Teal's thought process up to the moment they tabbed out at 5th place, just to then hear them answer "i dont want move", will sit amongst the greatest moments of my continuing existence.
Props to teal for keeping it going for the content. The moral champ.

Amazing video, I'm plat 3 but I do think I would have gone for the teal strat. To me yellow found the solution way too fast, I hope never to cross him on ladder
I've played the plat FFA after that one and indeed, if you have no experience it's really hard! I made lots of mistakes and things you just don't know...
When you watch it's obvious, but when you are playing it is really not and you have to do everything & find solutions for everything, really not easy.
Luckily i had a much better spawn then the 3 on the smallest island :)

Teal surviving for 56 minutes with just a TC, a dock, 2 houses and a tower is definitely the most chad play I have ever seen in AoE4
would be so funny to get post game interviews - asking each player wtf they were even thinking... for once, I would love to hear Teal/Metal explain that....amazing strategy! :P
Yellow shouldnt attack red on the last moment, only opportunity they had was fighting green togheter and after that fighting eachother.
The green player wololo 30 minutes was insane. Bro got like 15 workers for free

I still haven't come to terms with the fact that teal got top 5 and survived almost a whole ass hour while stuck in dark age

Legend has teal and pink are still fighting to this day.
Even if Teal made a transport ship and transfered his workers to other island, he wouldn't be able to make a lumber camp. The only way he could get out of this situation is to chop wood on other island, ship back and drop off at his TC KEKW
He made three houses, a ship is 100. He had 2 trees which I think have 300 wood each. Even if he got pop block he was better off killing some of his vills as long as at least 3 got out on the transport.

Those spawns are bs. Half way through the video, why can’t I get matched up with gold players in ranked instead of constant diamonds with me gold.

I played total of 50 hours aoe4. And I am gold 2 - 55% win rate, so what are we talking about here?? :D
You'd be surprised how much knowledge gold players are lacking and micro for some of them are hella bad.
