I know it's difficult to figure out if the government is doing something good or evil, but find out from credible sources, not opinions, and a critical but open mind. Have in the back of your mind: "Who does this direct benefit?" "Is this business as usual or is this situation unusual?" "Who are the scapegoats?" "Is your source of news requires you to agree? (that's a red flag)"

They will then do unholy things to ensure that company basically becomes a monopoly
It's also hard to judge good from evil when the public opinion of what is changes every couple decades. Life was easier when life expectancy was mid 40s 😅

There are many many SCOTUS decisions that have widened our rights under The Constitution. Even Miranda was not solid law at the time. Courts argued over how hard the lines should be drawn.
