My favorite part was when King Triton clapped all the stray mermaid tail to have multi-ethnic daughters to fight racism.
@Follow God:God loves you repent it will be worth it God bless you all💕💜♥️❤
I like the part where Ariel sings the new song ''I Squeezed Out the Baby, Yet I Have No Idea Who the Father Is'', That song she sings is so rock n' awesome that you wanna grab a partner and slow dance to it!
Also this show is really not for children but for adults who grow up watching little mermaid show when they were kids
Just don't do live actions 😅 Why are they needed?
I love how men are always offended by Wendy and modern princesses not believing in true love.
the original was fun
People who like this movie and I are farther apart than Ariel's eyes.
Okay like I must be weird because Flounder looks fine what fucks with me and scares me is Sebastian...ughh the original was creepy enough to me as a crab but still cute enough to not be to scared but the Live Action version...my first reaction watching a review was to yell so loud I caused dogs to bark. So yeah
Being this mad about the race of a character in a movie for 5 year old girls as an adult man is racism and it isnt shutting down a legitimate opinion by calling it that.
Its frustrating how people try to project the issues of other studio films (agenda interfering with art) onto this film. Even with Disney overseeing it, director Rob Marshall doesn't function like most other studio directors. There was no agenda in casting Halle other than her being right for the part. And its honestly easy to see who's actually seen the film and who hasn't because he didn't really change anything about the story; no unnecessary political additions or messages. The same story is told, just going a bit deeper, like Ariel and Eric's connection, which, if you didn't know, is sort of paramount to the story working, but also Ariel experiencing what its like to be human (For the First Time an excellent musical addition that explores this).
Hope your dog is doing well.
If you're a straight white male this movie is DEF not for you.
She's always looking up, there's some great acting there!
Why the fuck do these Assholes need to Culturally Swap Iconic Classic Characters?? If they wanna make Mermaid Movie with a Black Actress it's totally Cool.. Just don't make it of a Classical Movie! Write something Original and Make it as you Wish ! Cast whomever u wish to cast! Just don't Fuck Up Characters which we grew up with ! Stupid Shit Eating Disney! Destroying Everything, and now this shit with Snow White too
I saw it for free when a friend lent me her copy, and I was surprised. It was better than vloggers had indicated, but not a good film, by any means. A 2 1/2 stars movie at best, and, because it has been done better, in 1989, not fresh, or original. I was left with a sense of watching a $10 bargain bin movie.
i kind of get it but you were not being fair which does lead me to believe that there is some biased energy coming from you. Insinuating that Halle is an adequate or mediocre singer was an unwarranted jab. If you didn't think she was a good actor than I'll give you that but at least give her props for what she is renowned for. The Scuttlebutt song, although it sounds ridiculous in the sound bite you shared and the Joe Budden clip was hilarious, the song in whole was actually not bad. I will agree that the unnecessary wokeness and pitiful visuals of this movie does hurt the chances of it actually being a worthy contender in actually being revisited years from now.
Bad looking actress
So....what should've Chloé done?
