You guys showed 2 commercial breaks within 7 minutes at one point today. I know because I went to go heat up Stoufers spaghetti which takes 6 minutes and before it was done you showed 2 commercial breaks with maybe a lap or 2 of racing in between. That and you missed ANOTHER wreck. Just show the ads side by side with the race, there’s no excuse not to.
Today they got what they wanted, they showed a bunch of commercials, got a big wreck and got a surprise winner.
34 completely took himself out in front of everyone. He's gotta be pretty embarrassed after that. lol
He just wanted it too much, can't blame him for that. He should've seen that setup coming from Brad. They always do that- 2nd place allows the leader to get a gap and once 2nd and 3rd decide its go time they can go a lot faster together than the leader by himself. Even in karting on big tracks they say the worst place to be when you take the white flag is first.

What a fantastic race today. Talladega is an absolute holiday weekend for me,and has been for 30 years. I watched the weather for a week and this morning I couldn’t have been happier to see the way it turned out. Someday I’ll be there in person. Thank you FOX and thank you NASCAR for a great weekend of racing.

No one ran out of fuel..that only happens with a ton of cautions on a long track. Wasn't the case today but either way that IS racing. Not every race is the same that's what makes Nascar especially the cup series so great shame people can't see that
@@user-kj7nw4zg1y I didn't say anyone ran out of fuel, but when they are running 40-50% throttle more of the race than not... They used to post overall race times, they don't do that anymore. And I'm certain they want them to take at least a certain amount of time so they can run all the ad's... lol

Lock this in right now. The ultimate nickname. Shane van "Grilled Cheeseburger." He is a superstar. He would have made the race very interesting but sucky Ty Gibbs had to pull in front of Busch and Grilled Cheeseburger and killed all of their momentum.
Wallace wrecking Hamlin was the best part of the race.

His 1st block was good, but then he just got too anxious with that 2nd one. I think he would've got passed though. Top 3 is still better than last in the pack though lol
The commercials and overall lack of energy from the broadcasters brought down this race a lot.

Notice how these highlight videos are just racing? What does that tell you about your sport. There is no such thing as a "highlight" in nascar anymore. Its just follow the leader now

Something has to be done about how bad this car is. The only way drivers could run 3 wide or make any moves was when they were half throttle. The last 20 laps were a 2 lane parade and you rode around and couldn’t go anywhere.
They've made all internal/external parts too identical. They call it "parity".

What would you like them to do exactly? Go back to gen 4 and make it a 2 car parade? Or make Gen 7 so everybody has totally different builds so only 8 or 10 cars travel in the pack and everybody else doesn't have the funding or R&D to be competitive? Superspeedway racing was invented for actual stock cars. in gen 1 or 2.
@@ATK10155 The Gen 6 package from 2019-2021 is what they should be running and that’s it. Nothing else needed to be changed, the racing was the best it ever was in that time since the early 2000s.
Chase tried on the last part of the race - He had something going till Kyle and Gibbs got in the way
These guys don't race they just get in line , put the cruise control on and hope they make it to the end of the race.
Somehow these broadcasts just keep getting worse. Ad breaks every 5 laps is just offensive to the fans. I'm streaming the international broadcasts w/ MRN synced in for the rest of FOX's run. Such a joke.

Well , this race has increased the boredom plateau . Whatever happened to let're rip and the fastest car and driver is out frt at the checkered flag ? The best part of the race for me was the in the wall for Denny and Wallace . 😂😂😂😂
Regarding Larsons roof rail modification and subsequent penalty, I'm reminded of the Chad Knaus penalty at Daytona one year, for modifying the B-Pillars of the 48 car, (not to mention many other entitlements) serving to underscore Rick Hendrick's propensity to disregard NASCAR regulations... a hallmark of his long and historic friendship with the France family.

I am very disappointed that Fox interrupted my commercial broadcast with that pesky race. I think they got jealous that we call NBC nothing but commercials and was like hey hold my beer and watch this mess!!!

I'm a Kyle Busch fan, but I got soooo frustrated as soon as I saw McDowell spin... I was rooting for him to get his 3rd win. Bad block caused his wreck. 🫤
Xfinity make the track hot so the cup series veterans take the advantage of it or not like bell, briscoe and the caution involved cars, McDowell unlucky block too much weaving let him out in the dusk and fences, Reddick fly's like Air Jordan to very first Talladega win and it's beautiful like that, Sunny Sunday prove the best track for the better's an Talladega finish like always!🍾🤩🏆🥳🏁🥹❤️😎
