    Sika are amazing, went up 10kg in 5 weeks without finishing the program due to covid. Eoin and Fitz are the best!

    2:03 a tip to not swing back and forth is to always keep your feet in front of your body when your legs go down like in a hollow body position

      Thanks, yeah I did that on a lot of the other sets, I think I just tried a few with a bigger ROM which are the ones that made it in the vid.

    Having done the first half of the Sika RTA squat program I can confirm that the 4x10 on squat is deceptively horrible

    Crazy volume! You'll get used to it after two or three weeks and when u go doen in volume itll be easier. 💪

    So in powerlifting, workouts are way diff. Squat and bench on same days? Then I guess little accessory workouts? When do you max or go up in weight. ?

      Every week goes up in weight normally over a block then you start again but at a higher starting point. sessions will have squat bench and deadlift. Almost always 2 of those. Sometimes all 3 and then accessories

      I think just genetics, I never really train them and they are actually pretty weak, like my flatmate beats me at strict curl and has no arms haha

      @@HadynWiseman ace! There’s a qualifier in Rotherham mid Feb so I’ll sign up for that - I’ll probably do 75kg as well so that’d be the 500kg total same as you right?
      Regardless I’ll come to body power it’ll be awesome I’ve not been in years since we stopped doing gatherings there with tricking!

      @@HadynWiseman Well, good news - I'll definitely come to BodyPower and hang out. Bad news, all the qualifiers are fully booked unless I travel like 6-7hrs so I'll leave it and just qualify for 2021-2022 season when it comes around! ^__^

    Can anyone tell me what should be the ideal rest time between each set?

      Depending on intensity can be anywhere from 1min up to 5min.
      3mins usually gives enough rest for glycogen to get back into the muscles and be fresh and ready for another set.

      @@HadynWiseman I've never counted the bar as weight. But that makes me feel better. So instead of saying that I can squat 95kg in fact I squat 25kg more than that, so basically I've reached by goal. Need to focus on getting 100kg deadlift and bench now.
