@@HadynWisemancool, looking forward to the next videos. Did you know that Daniel Vadnal from fitness faqs commented on your 2014 tricking compilation? I started watching him before watching you and I thought it was pretty cool to see his comment there
Long time fan here. The program looks tough - as it should be xD You are looking great! Keep at it man! I loved the music. I'm currently trying to get stronger and to learn German, so I'd be so grateful if you'd give me the name of the song.
Noticed how you heels are moving at the 107kg squats? I think some ankle mobility is in place here. Otherwise impressive comeback from the lazy summer. Good shit man!
Thanks for sharing your training always a pleasure to watch your video and you are looking swole I am mirin asf (no homo) Hope your lower back feels better, stay safe and train hard 🙏💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
Every week goes up in weight normally over a block then you start again but at a higher starting point. sessions will have squat bench and deadlift. Almost always 2 of those. Sometimes all 3 and then accessories
@@HadynWiseman ace! There’s a qualifier in Rotherham mid Feb so I’ll sign up for that - I’ll probably do 75kg as well so that’d be the 500kg total same as you right? Regardless I’ll come to body power it’ll be awesome I’ve not been in years since we stopped doing gatherings there with tricking!
@@HadynWiseman Well, good news - I'll definitely come to BodyPower and hang out. Bad news, all the qualifiers are fully booked unless I travel like 6-7hrs so I'll leave it and just qualify for 2021-2022 season when it comes around! ^__^
Depending on intensity can be anywhere from 1min up to 5min. 3mins usually gives enough rest for glycogen to get back into the muscles and be fresh and ready for another set.
@@HadynWiseman I've never counted the bar as weight. But that makes me feel better. So instead of saying that I can squat 95kg in fact I squat 25kg more than that, so basically I've reached by goal. Need to focus on getting 100kg deadlift and bench now.
Hahaha, will to live 0x0, high volume will do that to you, good work man, keep it up
Looks great, professional help can make a big difference during sticking points. Keep up the solid work bro
Sika are amazing, went up 10kg in 5 weeks without finishing the program due to covid. Eoin and Fitz are the best!
Looking forward to what happens over the next few months
Parkway drive + Squats = SUBCRIBED!
very well edited and put together. U deserve more subs & views.
4:40 haha mate youre progress has been stellar!
Nice man, shit gets a whole lot better when the programming isn't through your own bias! props and good luck with it
Agreed. Theres been a ton of stuff already that I would never think to do. Hope you're good man
@@HadynWiseman is it a good program for begginers
2:03 a tip to not swing back and forth is to always keep your feet in front of your body when your legs go down like in a hollow body position
Thanks, yeah I did that on a lot of the other sets, I think I just tried a few with a bigger ROM which are the ones that made it in the vid.

Hey, thanks a lot the song is schatterboxen by parkway drive. The program is ok, I think and hope it will get harder
Awesome work Hadyn!!! Do you plan on doing more calisthenics after your comp? You're such a badass being a master of so many disciplines
Yeah I think i will at some point 😄
great video
Clever programming! A lot of variety.
Solid vlog! Good music too!
Awesome man!! Please more video like that with great music
looks intense
Having done the first half of the Sika RTA squat program I can confirm that the 4x10 on squat is deceptively horrible
Great choice of music and a nice video. Greetings from germany.
Nice vid good luck
Yoooooo 1:40 Casper. Didn't expect that
Crazy volume! You'll get used to it after two or three weeks and when u go doen in volume itll be easier. 💪
This is actually quite low volume for me so expecting it to increase :P
Noticed how you heels are moving at the 107kg squats? I think some ankle mobility is in place here. Otherwise impressive comeback from the lazy summer. Good shit man!
I get that, the way I stop it is by "twisting" my feet hard

Thanks dude, yeah it's much better now :) Back to heavy deadlifts
Einfach Casper.......i did not expect that
Home gym. Nice set up.
How much you rest between your sets brother ?
So in powerlifting, workouts are way diff. Squat and bench on same days? Then I guess little accessory workouts? When do you max or go up in weight. ?
Every week goes up in weight normally over a block then you start again but at a higher starting point. sessions will have squat bench and deadlift. Almost always 2 of those. Sometimes all 3 and then accessories
@HadynWiseman what about bicep curls, tricep pushdowns , calves and other Secondary things. That doesn't apply when your going for power?
Oops, just read where u said 'Accessory' u just didn't have it in the video. Haha my bad
Clarence posts a video and disappears for like months, where is he ??
He posts vids on patreon regularly
@@HadynWiseman ight...imma download patreon just to watch clarence, thanks for replying!
Nice video as always) squats 4x10 and high reр lunges really рainful
DO u have the program chart link>?
We have almost exactly the same totals on each lift.
Ah nice! Same weight class?
@@HadynWiseman no, Im 100kgs
Isn't this too much reps for powerlifting?
Alot of volume especially if eoin designed the program
most surprising if eoin did it: there are pull ups xD
i miss clarence .... ill just put your video on a loop at 3:00 .... :)
where is the excels program or text someting?
Great work 😎 whats the song called?
Looks like it's Schattenboxen by Parkway Drive; a sort of german re-imagining of their Shadowboxing song.
@Cob les Exactly right
great video. how did you get those damn arms?? ml
I think just genetics, I never really train them and they are actually pretty weak, like my flatmate beats me at strict curl and has no arms haha
Yesss, love the SIKA boys - excited to see how the rest of the programming goes. What the next comp you have in mind? I might join you!
Its the british at bodypower man. We should all have a meet up. Its in may

Havent heard clarance for so long, you know how he's doing?

4x12x70kg why does the weight sat 25kg on each side. That's 50kg mate
Because the bar weighs 20

Powerlifting is a lot of rest days a lot
That's a bunch of volume, and i thought doing 4*8 tempo (3:2:0) squats were bad
Music is very bad
I believe is to much training
