    Amazing numbers and performance. I wanna be perfectly fair with you both, I was not there so I can only rely on what the camera angle shows, but I feel like some judges would have give him red lights on the squats, depth is at the very limit but I'm sure Erik is gonna be careful with that. Nice job, keep the videos coming.

      Yeah he tried to get it right at the border. Im sure he'd sink it if he got a red light. Let's see what he does at the next comp

      Agreed. Its a bit ropey squatting 290 with 1 spotter/side in a tent 😂😂😂 cant be missing squats next year

    Eric looks scary strong!! Looking forward to seeing next phase of your program. How has the first 4 weeks compared to what you would normal program yourself?

      Completely different tbh, its been a lot of volume like 5 sets of 10 reps on stuff plus a lot of general conditioning stuff like planks, pushups etc. Kind of like intense circuit training type exercises. Now the reps are coming down again and its more strength based. Ill probably do an update here in a couple weeks
