    Dear... French people are perfect to write a scenario (Molière) but English/American people are the best when they have to play. I have seen a lot "Tartuffe" in theaters in France but I have never seen a French Tartuffe taking off his pants... AMAZING!

    it would be more funny if they rolled off the table and then tartuffe sees the angry husband under the table XD

    Is it just me, or does the actor for tartuffe look like Nicholas Cage if he did all the cocaine...

      Anthony Sher was nuts long before cage. Look him up in Erik the Viking.

    Great. Thank you for posting, I saw this when it was shown on TV almost 30 years ago and have never found a copy of it anywhere since, I don't think it was ever on video or DVD ?

    do you have the rest of the play? I mean, where are Act I and II?
