I just don't understand why they can't enforce laws. The sidewalks are for pedestrians not for merchandise. People have nowhere to walk but on roads. Disgusting politicians and governments. You can see that on many places, businesses have encroached on sidewalks. Paging Mayor Nieto as well as other local officials. Umayos kayo!!
