Please!! Be super super careful with this!!! Try to drop only one hand until you're really sure your foot will never drop!!! And be sure you're high enough, so if you fall down you won't reach the floor!!! Once that happened to me!! And without protection mattress!!! (Of course that's super stupid!) Was horrible!! I hit my head and shoulder!! I thought I was going to really died!!! 😭 since then, I do it holding one hand!! Just in case....
That's terrible, I'm sorry you fell. I'm glad you're ok though. Yes it is VERY important to always use a crash mat even if the things you're trying are simple, you never know what might go wrong. This one is definitely safe to let go with both hands, but as you said, you need to be absolutely certain your foot is well supported to hold you up. Stay safe :)
