Ron’ nice painting session and it’s always relaxing with a brush. Great that the scooter stays in the family too. You have to find a new home for Missy’ treats 😂. Well back to my 1/16 M10 IIC tank destroyer 😊 happy everything Ron😊

    Hi Ron,
I believe the parts you were working on at the end of tonight's video are the overhead gravity fuel oil tank. One end has a sight glass to keep an eye out for sea water in the fuel. Two of the six main fuel tanks were also used as ballast tanks. Looking good and enjoying your videos! Cheers, Jack

I use to have 1200cc Sportster with ape hanger handlebars on it when I lived in Michigan. With all of the US flag waving over HD's I was surprised that every time I overpaid for a chrome part for it in HD orange and black official packaging.................................................. it was made it China, Thailand, Japan or the like. I think now they can't even claim it as a US bike because not enough of it is produced here.
What I can say, is when I change to Honda I could really notice the quality went up. But, my HD friends snubbed me. Oh well.
Nice seeing ya Missy! See ya. JimE

Hi Ron. Ref X21 Flat Base. This is not a true paint. This is added to other Tamiya paints in order to make them more matt. In other words, if you have 20 different Tamiya paints, by adding X21 to your collection, you now have a minimum of 40 different shades. Of course, the more X21 you add, the more matt the main paint. Hope this helps. Regards, UK Jimmy and Vicky

Those three tamiya colours are nowhere near grey.
Something very wrong with that conversation chart

      Hi Jerry,
You might be correct! Perhaps I'd be best to pay the shipping costs and just buy the 338 from Sunward Hobbies and be done with it, haha!
