I'll watch this tonite. Began suffering from tinnitus 3 days ago as a consequence of playing live music loud and the use of earplugs (things I already stopped doing) and I have been reading a lot about it. Fortunately and thanks God my T is not that loud and I can only hear it when I want to sleep so that's why I'm currently working on setting my inner clock in order to go sleep early and get 6-7 hours sleep (although last night was a bit difficult, I know I'll take some days for me to get used to it). I want to say I do empathize with all T sufferers, stay strong brothers and sisters, hopefully a cure o treatment will be available soon. I love you all.

Thanks so much! I recently had my consultation with Dr Mark after watching Dr Ben’s videos for a week or two. I instinctively knew that your protocols are the answer for my T and mild hearing loss. I immediately started using masking sounds when I wake in the middle of the night. I love doing Ben’s meditations daily. And…I have stopped watching the (bad) news to reduce my stress. Walking 30 minutes a day listening to music. I look forward to working with Treble Health this week and coming weeks. I must say it is nice to work with people who themselves experience tinnitus. Just a couple of weeks ago I was wondering how I was going to live with it for the rest of my life. And now I know I am on my way to habituate thanks to you!

Damn, thanks for addressing tinnitus related to music and musical practice. This is sooo valuable and not discussed enough, notably in the music field.

You are blessed. As soon as I have the $$, I am going to consult with Treble Health. If I don't get REAL HELP and real answers (despite spending thousands of dollars the last 3 years), I don't think I can make it. Tinnitus has already ruined my life in so many ways, but I see these videos and it gives me hope.

Linda, I am so very sorry. I know a person who got tinnitus from the Covid vaccine, and I know a good friend (a doctor) who was fully vaxxed & boosted, got a mild case of Covid recently, and then suddenly he got tinnitus. It's awful. You can get it from the vaxxes and you can get it from Covid -- even a very mild case. All the best to you.

Hello My audiologist told me to lower my hearing aids when I play with a group of traditional irish musicians unamplified .Wondering if this will make my tinnitus louder .He says best to let my brain get used to the sounds. Have tinnitus now for 3 years and trying to habituate.Regards Ray.

Hi there. I've been watching your podcasts since I got tinnitus in may 2021. I've reached out once or twice before. I'm a musician too that can't play anymore due to tinnitus and headaches. I was wondering if there's any advice for someone like me. I have intensely loud high pitched ringing all day every day with a constant headache. I've been to several specialists with little help. Im desperate for any type of advice that might help.

I'm sorry you have this. My tinnitus isn't related to music, but it's high-pitched ringing. It is so hard to get even 4 or 5 hours of sleep. Before I got T in 2019, I was very, very healthy. No more. It's just about ruined my life. Everyone I consult with - no help. But Treble Health sounds like the real deal, so I will be consulting with them soon. I wish you all the best.

I woke to a hissing noise 5 months ago and I couldn't sleep for 2 weeks .After emergency doctor review he gave me antidepressants..I've have been getting constant earworm and tinnitus at same time .its killing me as Im a musician .I don't play loud music alot but,I only have to hear a song on radio or TV and that music will loop in my head its like a 10 second loop .I wake up with the most random song in my head and it kills me when it keeps looping. I have to listen to another song more bearable to overwrite the random hooks that get stuck ..the doctor said I've chronic earworm .but the tinnitus is making me think I caught this as a result of covid ...anyone see this getting similar symptoms??my quality of life is ruined. I feel like music is overwhelming now .
