I know these victims and family wanted to tell him how they felt. But I wish they could have just said one word "GOODBYE".....ONLY because he looks like he's getting a high from hearing the pain from the victims themselves.

These predators don’t just affect their victims… but the parents, the siblings , the grandparents the cousins and so on and so forth! This is never an isolated event…. Everyone goes through it just especially the actual victims!
Let's not forget also that "Hurt people go on to Hurt people"! It's a sickness, that if left untreated continues to manifest in antisocial behavior such as this. This man was probably victimized somewhere along the lines. Sad. But this is what one of the possible outcomes of untreated trauma looks like. Especially when the trauma isn't treated. You're certainly not guaranteed TO OFFEND. But you're certainly not guaranteed TO NOT OFFEND! Praying for all involved in this tragedy!
I understand a harsh sentence but why not put this harsh sentence to violent offenders and murderers as well? People kill folks and they are out in 10/15 years. Makes no sense. Over 3 centuries in prison for sex crimes(understandable) but these animals go out and kill folks in out in a decade.
