You can add or change value labels in variable view. Click on the cell where the variable row and the value labels column intersect.

If you first tried to import the Excel file before closing the Excel file, try closing and restarting SPSS.

I’ve deleted accidently the section with questions from google form. Is there any way to know which response matches to which answer?

It sounds like your driver and system are running on different bit platforms. You should get on touch with IBM support for a solution to this.
