  • The Logical Framework Approach is a breakthrough planning and action system for strategic planning and project management. Noted "LogFrame" expert Terry Schmidt explains the Logical Framework Approach, and then demonstrates how to use it in a live workshop session. The topic chosen concerns how to reduce the number of dogs euthanized in San Diego. This video teaches the four critical strategic questions, and how to plan a project that has a high chance of success. This approach helps leaders at all levels with projects of all types and is featured in Mr Schmdit's book STRATEGIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT MADE SIMPLE (Wiley, 2009). This simple but sophisticated methodology combines the best ideas from strategic planning, project management, and the scientific method. Mr. Schmidt earned his MBA at Harvard and has taught this approach to managers and teams in 36 countries. He is founder of ManagementPro.com and the Strategic Planning Academy, and creator of the SHARPEN YOUR STRATEGIC SUPERPOWERS program.

The "inputs" listed by this group (develop ads, use social media) are actually activities, not inputs.
I would suggest changing "Inputs" to "Methods" and create a fifth column, to the right of "Assumption," for "Inputs."
