@@jastinep.3659 If there is no other way we'll go. I was hoping in a suggestion from someone that had the same problem. The thing is, the dialisate goes in but seems unable to come out.
It depends on how much dialysis you need. For example, some people will do up to 2 or 4 manual daily exchanges, 6 to 7 days a week. The dialysate comes in varying strengths too.
I am assuming to prevent contamination. Like imagine if a bird flew in and landed on the table. Or maybe a big gust of wind blowing everything onto the floor.
@@ericabyrdlong502 How are you doing on your machine now? I've been on mine nearly 14 nights and still haven't slept through due to the dreaded drain pains that i know are coming, is that the same for you?
It's not preventable for everybody. Yes many people but, some people were born with kidney malformations, other people like my husband went into acute kidney failure due to an illness and didn't recover.
Correct, kidney disease is no joke. But my kidney disease was not caused by my lifestyle or diet, I have small kidneys which were scarred by a medication I needed to treat a life long condition. That condition is no longer under control due to stopping that medication AND I have CKD on top of it. All I ever did was look after my body.
Ive had 20 surgeries and have heart failure. My kidney disease is due to that.....nothing I did or did not do could prevent it. Look after your body but dont kick yourself if somehow that effort fails, down that road is depression and a struggle to deal with your conditions.

@@plantesetsante9736 hi
How long time it is lasting
They don’t show the constant sanitizing of your hands and change of gloves between each step. Also hand washing should take 2 minutes.
They clearly mention constant washing of hands between steps
Filling time not mentioned .I mean first filling not mentioned
Why do your have to close the windows first?

1:10 Put On A Surgical Mask Why Surgical Mask Use A Dust Mask Or N95
Does this type of dialysis cause leg cramping like hemodialysis and automatic peritoneal dialysis does?

You have to do this 4 times a day? People take care of your kidneys! This is not a joke. Prevention is better than cure.
4x a day for 30 minutes or do it once at night while you sleep ..your doctor will determine how many times in a week of PD is needed
