Just discovered this channel and I love seeing how 'clean' her balcony is because she's raised so many things off the floor. Definitely given me some inspiration for my own balcony!
Wendy is so relatable 😄 admitting her many mistakes in the first years of setting up her garden, buying almost everything in sight at a nursery, working out what does and doesn't work. I loved every bit of this segment! And thank you for showing us that a balcony doesn't prevent us from growing lots of food
Wonderful balcony garden Wendy , love it ❤️👍👌. I want your garden , everything is so convenient , containers at a height , full sun , easy access from your living space . It's perfect 🍃👌👌
I love this. I grow on my terrace and balcony. We grow alot of food. My husband doesn't mind the gardening, but he can't wait until we get out community garden. Then he can sit on the balcony longer.
This is along the lines of what I'm trying to achieve. I've been struggling so much with the erratic weather and a few waves of white cabbage butterfly but slowly getting there. Great episode!
Great video! I would loved to have seen more of how the worm bins were set up. Never would have thought of a rolling compost bin. Good idea, I'm going to start one too.
What a wonderful garden space!!! That is really an excellent use of space considering all that is going on in the space. Great job, thank you for the post and visiting a great little garden.
Beautiful garden! I love the use of space and the variety too. Does anyone know what the metal 'thing' that Costa pushed out of the way is called? I'd love to get some myself.
The ones she had look like Vegepod they come with a cover and a stand. There are various sizes. Another video I saw from Gardening Australia, a couple grew vegies in their small courtyard with white plastic food grade buckets then they just pick up and move them around. They did a self watering system in them . The Vegepod has a watering system too. I'm not sure if it's included or an extra. I'm actually watching TVSN and they are for sale right now.
We don't allow homeless people onto our balcony nor answer their nosey questions about our garden. We call police on them. This one seems quite harmless and even a bit useful though.
I love how humble she was in admitting her mistakes and explaining how she came to perfect her garden.
The mark of a truly great gardener!

Beautiful garden with healthy looking vegetables
Loved this! Wendy has provided me with inspiration to continue container gardening on our balcony. I'm happy to see her as a guest on here.
This is the video that gave me the ripper idea about how to install shade cloths over my vege patch!
The bamboo and small pipe are so great idea...🙏🙏🙏

This gives me some fantastic ideas for my small patio space. I already have tubs but I never considered using vertical space. Love it!

@@aussiegirl654 thank you!!
How lucky to probably not having to worry about possums, rats and other wildlife.
Trigger warning: fish heads
Great garden.
