What an amazing Skipper collection! I know this video is 5+ years old but I just had to leave a comment. My Nana had the original cherry brown haired one and I found an original blonde at Goodwill a few years ago. I also have a living Skipper and another random one from the 70s.
Your Vintage Skipper Dolls are really beautiful:). My favorites from your collection are The Skipper Doll with the red dress with pearl buttons, hat, white socks, and red shoes, Country Picnic Skipper's Spring dress is so pretty with butterflies, and I really liked the Party Pink Skipper's dress:)!! I think most of these Skippers if not all were popular before I was born. However, a friend of mine who is older than I was laughing about her "growing up Skipper Doll" and I was shocked:). I also kind of like your "Frankensteined Doll" because she looks like a model with an innocent baby face:). Thank you for sharing your lovely Skipper Dolls:)!!

Mattel used lots of rick rack on the 60s and 70s outfits, but yes, it looks more homemade. Thanks for this very nice video putting Skipper in the spotlight :)
I love this video so much, thank you for posting!! Skipper is my favorite out of all the Barbie line. I'm not super super crazy about the face mold for the current wave, the babysitter's inc Skipper line, but all the vintage Skipper dolls are so so sweet. I really love your custom mod Parisian Skipper/ Francie hybrid! She is gorgeous!😊💕

My mom said she had these when she was a little girl. They are so retro-fabulous and rare. You're lucky to own them.

i don't like the mtm joints they look too weird,not appealing look to me,people are crazy over them tho...
