Hello, sorry in the delay response, been out of town. You can make it the size you want around the neck. I use a large TShirt as my basic neck guideline, (approx 16-17 inches) , it's always worked with no problem.

I sell them between $5.00- $12 because I make so many of them I can offset the price. Online on my Etsy store, $15.00,I sell them a bit higher due to the high store fees.
