best thing i ever learnt was in nitrous days, tiiming will make more power but will make the tune more ragged or push you to the edge of parts failure,detination ect. but...bigger nitrous jet with safe timing will make more power safer than the small jet with all the timing. same with boost. keep the plug happy with timing, crank up the boost if you want more powa

Max out the turbo, then get a bigger turbo. A topped out turbo and more timing is a bad recipe.

Take what he said differently as in, boost is cushion, timing is hammer, better to go up in boost then timing, Well to an extent.
