Hey guys turned out whoever you sold the car to sold it again and my buddy owns her was in her the other day with alittle tweaks that need to be done with the boost controller and now she on E85 and full slick she a rocket need some safety equipment for her and she will be ready for her the 1/4 mile track want to make any predictions of what she will do with the turbo that on her? Nothing wrong with the turbo for the street and road course track since it fast spoiling. I know you worked on a budget and I 👏 you all. That V8 definitely will love a her new Turbo and will share you guys the videos when the track season comes around for use over in the east coast . We'll keep up with your work.
Jesus... If you are new to building engines, DO NOT follow this guys instructions. When someone says, "My motors typically dont last long enough to use locktite," that should tell you something.

Please change your plug reading technics from or a year ago or you will be right back were you were! For jetting look at the porcelain If it is white like a new plug it is way to lean, you want it tannish colored, The appearance of the electrode if for timing and not jetting.
4:59 and 7:24 all but 1 plug in each of the time frame looks extremely lean, I also agree to much compression for boost.

Ya, so many people get their panties in a wad freaking out about torque to yield vs torque to angle. 25-50-75fps has worked on everything from 4.8L to wild hp 6.2L. Role with it, have fun and stop turning this stuff into work.

I run that same shock but stock cut bb spring in my 72 Chevelle. Same brand shock in the rear, stock rear spring and two air bags in the springs went 11.45 with a 1.43 60' with a junk sbc on a 150 kit from the hit. Small tire, using the trans brake, It hang them well. For a junk mild hyd cam it left decent on old stuff. I do have a set of them Moroso ft springs but afraid to mess up what I got plus I street drive it. You are a killer on that tree!!!!!
