Today's Guide: Aphrodite, Greek Goddess of Love & Beauty
I hope to share with you my knowledge that I've accumulated over the years playing this game that i love so much. Everything that you learn can be applied and adapted to other characters, other roles, or even other games. Learning what other gods or roles can do will help you improve not only play them, but also counter them better.

Unlike most guides out there, these will not focus on items, builds, or any form of conquest starts and strategies. Since these change constantly with new patches and meta shifts. But instead, it will teach you how to best use a God at its fullest potential. The videos will be divided into 3 parts. First, a short introduction to the character, the character's abilities explained as simply as possible, followed up by some Gameplay providing tips in a live environment. I’ve been playing this game for 8 years and have 3 stars on Aphrodite but i never knew you can use her Ult to cleanse 2 people, imma start practicing this

I have so many stars on Aphrodite I have lost complete track of them and even I didn’t know about #7!!!!!! Whole new skill set added to the ult that I didn’t even know existed. That’s INSANNNE

When Smite 2 releases, everyone should receive special currency based on all gems you spent in Smite 1. Maybe you'll get enough to buy the new crossover skin for Aphrodite!

What item build would you recommend to build for Joust/Conquest?

It really depends on your role in the team. But generally, i like to build her hybrid either way. 1 or 2 defense items to help you survive any kind of dive. Shield of Regrowth feels great on her as simple examples. Prophetic cloak and Thebes are great if you focus more as a support! Sprinkle in a pridwen if you want too. The rest should be focused on either improving your heals, cooldowns, or damage.

I usually play her in support
For starters, it depends on their dive potential.
War Flag is great for the early pressure.
Benevolence/Compassion is great if you feel you'll get dove a lot.
Prophetic Cloak, Thebes is a classic.
Either Chronos Pendant or Pridwen for the cooldown. Chronos if you are ahead will help keep the lead.
A situational item like; midguardian, rod of Asclepius, or relic dagger
Then, finish with something like Spirit Robe for some mitigation or rod of tahuti if you want to be fancy since it's passive works on heals for low hp allies
