Awesome video !!!! One question on the HOA fees at Mahogany...Is it a straight $250/month for everyone or does that number fluctuate depending on your property? Also does the HOA include your yearly real estate tax?
Great question, Joseph. It is a consistent $250 that covers the 24/7 gated security and road maintenance.
Thanks Will. Pro and Con list is great part of the video! I love my lot in Secret Beach for land holding whereas MBV was for the purpose of income. I have a tiny home update on my homes in MBV on my channel if you want to take a look. They are coming along great!

Hey great video... I live currently in Orange 🍊 Walk Town..I have intentions to move to Caye caulker. I have my house for sale..and also looking forward to buy a catamaran as for business...my question is...is Caye caulker has reasonable price than San Pedro... I'm not looking for big house... it's for me mainly and a guess if anyone like to stay 1 or 2 days...thank you..great job 👍 on doing these videos...it's really helps

@@WillMitchellBelize I like this idea. This video jumped all the way up to the far north properties and completely passed over the mid-island lots (of which there are many). We recently purchased a condo three miles north of the bridge and it's perfect. We have the feel of being removed from the noise and hustle of town, are oceanfront, but are only a twenty minute ride when we need to stock up or want to go out to dinner.

Safe dock I'm definitely going to save my money I like you I gave back my land it was it's no paved roads over there it's a hundred feet from the beach 11.5 mi from same panel but there's like you can't even get to the land to see it like that yeah and I need to be in a gated community I'm not no freaking off the grid I don't want to live off the grid
