You're correct about the courtesy hose that's right off the heat exchanger being very hot. If I need it I open the ball valve very slowly and give the steam a chance to slowly come out. If you open that ball valve in one quick turn someone's getting hurt. Good video and presentation.
I have the white magic pro 1900 in my 3500 promaster and it's been amazing.
These guys got it right they got the best van with the best machine from the best company too 😉

Yes if you watch the video we were amazed at how it didn’t sag a bit! It’s a 2500
The 2500 and 3500 promaster have the same weight load capacities.
I chose the 3500 because it was a longer bed to have more room.

I was very happy to find out upon the truckmount install that there was a fuel tap right underneath the passenger seat that made the installation easier than installing a 3rd party fuel tap.
Not sure if transit does this as well.
