Think you need something thicker than that plastic for the welding and grinding. I used 3m welding paper.
I like your interpretation of the instructions. ABC sent alot of pictures but theres so many meticulous things that have to be done. None of the other videos ive seen show your level of detail and the process.

I am shopping for a 69 Lemans to heavily modify. Your youtube channel is almost a guidebook for me :). What rev limit are you going for. I love old pontiac engines but I want them to rev higher just for the sound
Awesome! Glad I could help! My rev limit is 5800. If you want a rev happy engine, you have to de-stroke it. Call Butler Performance. Have fun!
