      And a ton of knowledge! I saw a video of him using some diamond stones to work up a burr, then doing a couple swipes on the crock stick sharpener, razor sharp in a couple minutes. I still use that method today. RIP A.G.

    I grew up on a remote farm in Africa, we had to make do with what we had , so I ONLY sharpen by hand
