I ordered 10 comfrey roots from you a couple of months ago, I received 13 and they all are doing well. They will be transplanted all along my chicken/rabbit run to feed the protein producers.
This year I hung all my spent pea plants, corn stalks, etc to dry for winter "hay," the rabbits love it.

I wanted to add that it’s best to keep any plant you are drying out of sun light. As you have with it being in a covered porch. The sun is great for living plants but once you are drying them it breaks down all the nutrients you are trying to preserve. Comfrey is also good to use not only in salves but just as a poultice for healing on animals and people. It helps with wounds bruises and even broken bones. Great for so many things.
