Yeah, that basic and speed up is tempting. I used the special in another fight and it did massive damage. Also wanted to avoid speeding up the tangled duo but might not be a big concern.
Yes you can but you always need to at least match the speed bar boosts of the other team. So if they have an Emma, you need one too. Kang basically is the tie breaker for speed and allows you to go first…which in most fights is what allows you to win.
Dear LVP, i noticed that titania and other master of evil, they give speed to titania so maybe use titania and other MoE instead of rogue etc? Thanks for experimenting for us man. 👍
That one special ability in his passive and BOOM 💥 the arena meta has been destroyed... Can't believe just 5% speed mechanic can disrupt the arena all together 🤷♂️ (And i think that Quicksilver will replace Emma soon after his kit gets released)

If you use his special first he gets offense up for the ultimate, which will kill weaver without a revive. That’s the point of using the special.

Played the last battle wrong, you should have killed Weaever first, then his Ult will have killed Rogue and Emma.
