1. Take the East Rail line to Lei Tung Station.
2. At the station, take Exit B for Lei Tung Estate Road.
3. Hidden behind the bus station between two yellow booths, start following the pipes.
4. Step over the railings to climb the stairs to the top.
5. At the top of the stairs, turn left and follow the fence until you see a sign.
